Gold wet-process purification method

2010
The invention relates to a gold wet-process purification method, which comprises the following steps: 1, mixing a granular gold material and an excessive amount of chloroazotic acid in a reactor, filtering the reaction solution when yellow smoke does not come out of the reactor, and performing extraction with saturated ether solution of hydrochloric acid in the filtrate to obtain a water phase and an organic phase a; 2, reacting the organic phase a, which is washed by the saturated ether solution of hydrochloric acid, with an excessive amount of anhydrous sodium sulfite or sodium pyrosulfite at 10 to 33 DEG C, and filtering the reaction solution to obtain coarse gold powder and an organic phase b when the gold content of the reaction solution is less than or equal to 0.1g/cm ; and 3, mixing the coarse gold powder, hot water in an amount which is 2 to 5 times that of the coarse gold powder and sulfuric acid in an amount which is 1 to 2 times that of the coarse gold powder uniformly, filtering, washing with hot water, and drying to obtain finished product. The method is simple and safe in operation; and the obtained finished product contains 99.99 to 99.999 percent of gold and canmeet the requirements of electronic plating industry and other industries on pure gold.
