A reactor body (20) is formed by coating a plurality of wires with a damping material, that is, winding damping wires (11) and an encapsulated layer (12), and a damping material (21) is adhered onto the surface of the reactor body (20) or the surface of a reactor protective cover (30), so that mechanical vibration of the reactor can be converted into heat energy to be consumed, and accordingly, the purpose of reducing noise is achieved.
