Intraoperative rupture during clipping of intracranial aneurysms: influencing factors and countermeasures

The incidence of intracranial aneurysm is higher. Minimally invasive treatment is emerging, but microsurgical clipping can still be used as the first choice. Intraoperative aneurysm rupture (IAR) is the biggest risk during clipping of intracranial aneurysms. IAR may lead to the blurred operation field, the operation is affected, and it had greater impact on the prognosis of patients. Timely and effective treatment of IAR is the key to the success of surgery. This article reviews the causes of IAR, its harm, and countermeasures.
