Method for obtaining an injectable resorbable implant based on polycaprolactone and multipotent stormal cells from umbilical cord

2017
FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to a method for obtaining an injectable resorbable implant for the treatment of mild types of urinary stress incontinence and connective tissue deficiency based on polycaprolactone and multipotent stormal cells from umbilical cord. Method is characterized in that polycaprolactone is monolithized by supercritical fluid technology, monolith of polycaprolactone is ground, and fractions of 100–150 mcm are selected, cell culture of multipotent human stromal cells is obtained, the cellular and matrix components of the structure are combined, the polycaprolactone particles with adherent cells are transferred, polycaprolactone particles are transferred to an administration medium and an implant of polycaprolactone particles of 100–150 mcm is obtained in the administration medium consisting of hypromellose or carboxymethylcellulose, or sodium hyaluronate, or polyvinylpyrrolidone, or glycerol, or combinations thereof. EFFECT: invention provides a bioresorbable implant to restore the volume and density of connective tissue of an organ wall having a high biocompatibility. 2 cl, 2 ex, 13 dwg
