QOS and AHP-Based Ranking System for University Campus Dining Halls

Taking1 the typical university campus dining halls[1] as the evaluation scenario, based on the QOS (Quality Of Service) and the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) model, a comprehensive evaluation model for university campus dining halls is proposed for the two main user groups and their needs in the school teachers and students and logistics supervision departments. On this basis, an evaluation system is designed to provide targeted functions and sufficient data support for evaluation feedback, operational optimization and regulatory decision-making in university campus dining halls.
