Evaluation of an Insulated, Heated Medical Pannier for Use in the Field.

Abstract : An insulated heated pannier, developed in Norway, was laboratory and field tested to determine its suitability against Canadian requirements for a unit capable of protecting medical supplies against the effects of cold temperatures. At ambient temperatures as low as -40 C the pannier kept the contents warm, pliable and ready to use. (Author)
