High harmonic generation (HHG) in a gas target is the most common approach for table-top coherent extreme-ultraviolet (XUV) light generation. Progressing from kilohertz to megahertz repetition rate XUV sources is of high interest for reducing acquisition times and enabling XUV frequency comb applications [1] .
