HPLC enationmeric separation of rabeprazole

Objective:To develop chiral separation methods for the enantiomers of rabeprazole.Method:Rabe- prazole enantiomers were separated by a Chiralpak AD-H chiral column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase of 2-propanol at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min~(-1),temperature was set at 25 ℃,and detection wavelength was 210 nm.Results:Rabeprazole enantiomers were separated on amylase derivative chiral stationary phase and the res- olutions were 2.08.Conclusion:Rabeprazole enantiomers can be full separated on amylase derivative chiral station- ary phase.
