The invention discloses a preparation method for a bombyx mori silk fibroin hemostatic material. The method comprises the following steps: 1): degumming and dissolving bombyx mori silk or silkworm cocoons, filling a dialysis bag with the degummed and dissolved bombyx mori silk or silkworm cocoons, performing dialysis by using de-ionized water, and performing filtration and concentration to obtain a bombyx mori silk fibroin solution with the concentration of 4-10%; 2): adding a hydrophilic adhesive into the bombyx mori silk fibroin solution, stirring uniformly, freezing at -80 DEG C for 24-48 hours, taking out, and performing freeze-drying to obtain a silk fibroin porous material; and 3) adding a calcium chloride solution into the silk fibroin porous material obtained in the step 2), performing freeze-drying, and dipping by using the de-ionized water to remove chloride ions so as to obtain the bombyx mori silk fibroin hemostatic material. The preparation method has the advantages that the material has excellent biocompatibility and water absorptivity, does not have cell toxicity and is stably combined with calcium ions; part of calcium ions can be released after meeting blood; and the material has excellent comprehensive hemostatic performance and can be prepared into various shapes to be applied to various in-vivo and in-vitro hemostatic occasions.
