The invention discloses a mounting method for an inner distribution barrel and an outer distribution barrel in a dehydrogenation reactor. The outer distribution barrel is transversely placed and two arc-shaped outer guard boards are disposed at the bottom of the outer distribution barrel; four manufactured outer trolleys and the outer guard boards are connected through bolts; two angle steel outer guide rails are arranged on the inner wall of a transversely arranged reactor barrel body through spot welding; a main travelling crane is put on the outer side of one end of the barrel body; then a steel wire rope on the main travelling crane penetrates through the barrel body to be fixed to one end of the outer distribution barrel; then an operator fixes the end of the outer distribution barrel to a flange; a wood block is used and put on the outer side of the bottom of the outer distribution barrel so as to support the outer distribution barrel; a plurality of reinforcing rings are disposed on the inner wall of the outer distribution barrel; and two angle steel inner guide rails are disposed at the bottoms of the insides of the reinforcing rings. The following method includes the steps mentioned above but has only one difference that the effects that after inner trolleys are put on corresponding inner guide rails, the center line of the inner distribution barrel is located below the center line of the barrel body, and a screen of the outer distribution barrel is not damaged at all are guaranteed. The mounting method for the inner distribution barrel and the outer distribution barrel in the dehydrogenation reactor has the advantages that the inner distribution barrel and the outer distribution barrel are protected to the maximum degree in the mounting process, the product quality is guaranteed, and the production efficiency is improved.
