Esplenectomia parcial em contexto de trauma abdominal

2017
The spleen is the most commonly injured intra-abdominal organ in blunt trauma1. The diagnosis of splenic trauma can be delayed because 40% of patients can be asymptomatic in the initial evaluation. We present two cases of a 32 and 39-year-old women with a Grade IV splenic lesion for a blunt abdominal trauma. A partial splenectomy was performed in both cases.
