Demonstration of a Photonic Topological ℤ2-Insulator

We introduce a photonic topological Floquet Z2-insulator with fermionic time reversal symmetry (TRS). Our experiments demonstrate the characteristic protected counter-propagating edge modes and unequivocally prove the presence of fermionic TRS in this bosonic system. © 2019 The Author(s)
