The invention relates to a natural gas production process technology, in particular to a multifunctional horizontal gas well simulation experiment device, which comprises a simulated vertical section well shaft, an inclined section well shaft and a horizontal section well shaft in integral penetration, wherein the vertical section well shaft is provided with a pressure meter and a temperature indicator, the middle part of the vertical section well shaft is provided with a density instrument, the middle part of the inclined section well shaft is provided with a density instrument, the horizontal section well shaft is provided with at least two sections of perforation holes, a single pressure meter and a temperature indicator are respectively arranged beside each section of perforation hole, the water inlet end of each section of perforation hole is provided with a gas flow meter, the gas inlet end of each section of perforation hole is provided with a plunger piston metering pump, and a density instrument and a high-speed image pick-up instrument are arranged between every two sections of perforation hole. The multifunctional horizontal gas well simulation experiment device has the advantages that the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, and in addition, the horizontal well liquid forming and crushing rule, the continuous liquid carrying critical flow velocity, the gas well liquid accumulating process, the horizontal well gas liquid multiphase flowing pressure drop rule, the influence of perforation hole completion on gas well work rules, and the air-sand two-phase and air, water and sand three-phase flowing rules can be simulated.
