Feasibility Analysis of Blowdown Right Trade for Enterprise

Wastewater emission was greatly decreased and industrial structure reasonable adjusted through 10 years' implementation of blowdown right trade in Minhang District of Shanghai. This paper described the feasibility of blowdown right by taking a case occurred in this district, to simulate and analyze pollution control and treatment for a section in Huangpu River with theory of property right.
