Method for recovering rhenium and molybdenum from rhenium and molybdenum-containing concentrate calcination flue dust

2012
The invention discloses a method for recovering rhenium and molybdenum from rhenium and molybdenum-containing concentrate calcination flue dust, belonging to the field of the recovery of rare metal resources. The method comprises the following steps of: adding solvent and hydrogen peroxide into the rhenium and molybdenum-containing concentrate calcination flue dust, keeping the temperature, and filtering to obtain a filter cake 1 and filtrate; feeding the filter cake 1 into a rotary kiln for oxidizing and calcinating, and preparing chemical molybdenum oxide; regulating the pH value of the filtrate, standing to obtain supernatant fluid, and making the obtained supernatant fluid pass through ion exchange resin columns; analyzing to obtain molybdenum-containing analytic solution and rhenium-containing analytic solution respectively; and further refining to recover the rhenium and the molybdenum from the rhenium and molybdenum-containing concentrate calcination flue dust. The method is simple in equipment, process and operation; and according to the method, the loss rate of the molybdenum in the conventional treatment process of the molybdenum concentrate calcination flue dust is reduced, the rare metal rhenium is effectively recycled, and economic benefit is created for enterprises.
