Process for preparing polymer particles by emulsion polymerization, quecontiene at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer, at least one auxiliary dispersing at least uniniciador polymerization agent and water, being dispersed in water ethylenically unsaturated monomer, wherein the emulsion was dosed into a reaction space only in the case of a demonomeros conversion with ethylenic unsaturation of 1 to 98%, with formation of discrete droplets, and - traversing the polymerisation reactor a gas, - previously heated gas to reaction temperature before the reactor, - the temperature rising gas inlet to 110-200oC in the reaction space, - the temperature rising gas outlet 60 to 120, and wherein the depolymerization process takes place in two stages.
