Evaluation on near infrared prediction model of nicotine in tobacco

Near infrared prediction model was established to predict content of nicotine in tobacco.Evaluation on the prediction results was made by regression analysis and hypothesis testing.Results indicated that the prediction performance of this model to nicotine was satisfactory,and there was no significant difference between prediction value and measured value.
