Morphous and discriminatory analysis on the four strains rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss).

According to eleven measurable and numerable traits,we applied multivariant statistical analysis to evaluate morphosis on rainbow trout of America,albino rainbow trout of America,rainbow trout of Finland and rainbow trout of Bohai sea.Using principal component analysis,eleven principal constituents were constructed,and the principal constituents whose accumulative contribution rates reach 78.88% were analyzed,contribution rate of the first principal constituent which was affected by two traits(AA/BL and AD/BL)was 26.75%,contribution rate of the second principal constituent which was affected by two traits(ED/BL and SL/BL)was 19.63%,contribution rate of the third principal constituent which was affected by three traits(BH/BL,HW/BL,PF/BL)was 15.89%.According to cluster analysis,morphous of rainbow trout of America was most similar to albino rainbow trout of America,and was similar to rainbow trout of Finland;discriminant functions of four strains of rainbow trout were constructed using discriminatory analysis,discrimination accurate rate was 75%;multivariant variance analysis showed that morphosis on eleven traits of four strains of rainbow trout was significant(P0.05).
