Multi-level video quality services and security guarantees based on compressive sensing in sensor-cloud system

with the usage of the private cloud is proposed for three diverse levels of cloud service users to enjoy completely diverse video quality services and security guarantees in the sensor-cloud system. Theoretical analyses and experimental simulations show that the proposed scheme can balance the relationship among sensor network providers, cloud service providers and cloud service users well.
