The multiphoton-excited molecules CF2Cl2 have been studied by Raman scattering of light. It is shown that in the process of excitation essentially non-equilibrium energy distribution of molecules is formed. The physical parameters characterizing this distribution, such as the fraction of excited molecules and their average level of arousal were determined.
