Analysis of Oil Absorption Vacuum of Hydraulic Pump in Hydraulic Lifting System of Large Tractor

Aiming at the insufficient oil suction of pump in hydraulic lifting system of the large tractor,the suction vacuum of pump in hydraulic hoisting system of tractor was studied. Through the analysis of various factors causing pressure loss in the process of oil suction,the pressure loss of oil suction pipeline is calculated theoretically,and the numerical simulation of oil suction pipeline is carried out by Fluent software. Finally,the analysis of the calculation results shows that the pressure difference caused by the filter is the main factor. The vacuum degree of oil suction can be reduced by changing oil suction filter to oil by-pass filter or oil return filter,increasing the diameter of oil suction pipeline appropriately or increasing the height of oil tank relative to the pump appropriately,so as to improve the situation of insufficient oil suction.
