TransUNet＋: Redesigning the skip connection to enhance features in medical image segmentation

. Experimental results show that the proposed TransUNet＋ outperforms other state-of-the-art methods based on three datasets, and the proposed TransUNet＋ displays better performance in small organ segmentation.
