Analyse sémiologique de la septicémie du sujet âgé
1991
Abstract It is generally admitted that clinical presentation of bacteremia in the elderly is different between young and old patients. To assess this hypothesis we have compared bacteremias between 35 elderly and 34 young patients. Our results suggest that clinical features of bacteremia are often mild or absent in the elderly, though this diagnosis remains difficult.
