The invention discloses a light source testing device for a CT (computed tomography) detection and acquisition system, and belongs to the field of CT detection and acquisition system test. The device comprises a group of light sources for generating illumination, a group of light intensity sensors, a group of digital resistors and a core processor, wherein the light intensity sensors are used for detecting light intensity values, the digital resistors are used for adjusting light source power supply voltage, each light source corresponds to one light intensity sensor and one digital resistor, each light intensity sensor detects the illumination intensity of the corresponding light source and transmits the detected light intensity values to the core processor, and the core processor compares the received light intensity value of each light source with a preset rated value and adjusts the corresponding digital resistor according to a compared difference value, so that the power supply voltage and the illumination intensity of the corresponding light source are adjusted. The light source testing device has the advantages of high light source reliability, fine stability, low power consumption, flexible and convenient implementation scheme, simple structure, high maintainability and expandability and the like.
