IRRADIATION TESTS OF MARK I PULSE INSTRUMENTS

A Mark I fission counter and BF/sub 3/ proportional counter were irradiated for 600 hours at thermal neutron and gamma fluxes of 3.8 x 10/sup 9/ to 1.2 x 10/sup 10/ neutrons/cm/sup 2//sec. After completion of the irradiation there were essentially no changes in the operating characteristics of the instruments. (auth)
