The invention provides a parameter matching calibration tool based on a CAN (Controller Area Network) bus, which is a USB (Universal Serial Bus) bus adapter based on a microcontroller and comprises a microcontroller module, a CAN bus controller module, a CAN transceiver module, a digital isolator module and an isolating power supply module, wherein a USB controller is arranged in the microcontroller module; data transmission between a PC (Personal Computer) and a CAN bus is realized; the microcontroller adopts a 8-bit single-chip microcomputer; a power supply provided by a USB socket directlysupplies power to the microcontroller and the CAN bus controller; the CAN bus controller and the CAN bus socket are connected by a digital isolating device and a CAN data transceiver; and the power is supplied to the digital isolating device and the CAN data transceiver by a DC/DC (Direct Current) power supply converter. According to the parameter matching calibration tool provided by the invention, equipment on the CAN bus can be monitored, and the microcontroller controls the data to be transmitted between the USB socket and the CAN bus.
