Enhancement of Third Harmonic Generation in Organically Functionalized Microsphere Cavity

We demonstrate efficient third harmonic generation (THG) in a high quality factor silica microsphere cavity, which is deposited with a layer of high optical nonlinearity molecules. The observed THG conversion efficiency is ~185%/W2.
