Experimental Investigations on Active and Dynamic Instability Control of Separated Turbulent Wing/Cylinder-Flows
2001
A novel concept of flow-separation control at high Reynolds numbers (1.0 X 105 ≤ Re ≤ 5.0 x 106) is under investigation in order to minimise drag and vortex shedding of wing-profiles and cylinder-flows which aims the excitation of large-scale spatial and small-scale temporal flow instabilities.
