Dual-control one-shot die for moulding of liquid metal with compression casting and forging

2004
The utility model discloses a dual-control one-shot die for molding of liquid metal with compression casting and forging. The lower part of the inner of an upper mold frame is provided with a mold core. The upper mold frame and the middle of the mold core are movably provided with a forging and stamping punch. The shape of the bottom of the forging and stamping punch fits with that of the upper surface of the compression casting and forging product. The upper part of the inner of a lower mold frame is provided with a mold core with one side of the mold core equipped with a compression casting flow path whose lower part is equipped with a compression casting hammer. The lower part of the mold core is provided with a thimble. The shape of the upper surface of the mold core fits with that of the lower surface of the compression casting forging product. Liquid metal is input to a filling mold cavity via the compression casting flow path and the compression casting hammer is adopted to make the liquid metal be compression cast formed. Compression is adopted to press and one-shot form to the forging and stamping punch after the molten metal liquid fills the formed whole mold cavity. Adopting the utility model makes the strength of the parts of the products raised by 10% compared with casting pieces, and is especially suitable for producing precise mechanical parts with complicated shapes and high requirement of strength and the quality is stable and the rate of finished products is high.
