Эндоваскулярное лечение сложных случаев артериальных аневризм сосудов головного мозга

Objective to analyse of the experience of the neurosurgical clinic of Kharkiv Regional Clinical Hospital for cure of complications during endovascular surgery of cerebral arterial aneurysms. Materials and methods. We performed a retrospective review of 113 coil embolization for cerebral arterial aneurysms, including 84 complex aneurysms. Results. The study included 37 consecutive patients with subarahnoid hemorrage out of ruptured cerebral aneurysm with varying severities of vasospasm; 13 cases of aneurysms with wide necks; multiple aneurysms in 11 patients; multichamber aneurysms, aneurysm with diverticula, fusiform and giant aneurysms were detected in 23 cases. Conclusions. The use of endovascular treatment of cerebral aneurysms has greatly improved the outcome of this complex pathology. Mortality was 4.5 %. Intraoperative complications, excluding cases of aneurysms recanalization, were 13.0 %.
