Uplatnění ERAS protokolu u pacientů po resekci tlustého střeva

ERAS program, is a concept of care for patients undergoing resection of the colon. Czech Republic is among the countries with the highest incidence of cancers of the colon and rectum to 8ooo new cases each year. ERAS program is based on the principle of minimizing the stress response of the organism to the operation and to facilitate the return of normal organ functions, allowing much faster patient recovery. In a prospective study evaluated the use of interventions within the ERAS protocol in patients after resection of colon hospitalized at the University Hospital Ostrava.
