AN ATYPICAL PRESENTATION OF CARDIAC SARCOIDOSIS

Only 10% of patients with cardiac sarcoidosis exhibit involvement of the pericardium, and even fewer have clinical manifestations of the disease. A 48-year-old male non-smoker, with a past medical history of pulmonary sarcoidosis and asthma, presented with sudden onset severe pleuritic chest pain,
