吲哚咪唑基钌(II)联吡啶配合物与酵母RNA的相互作用

The binding of a novel ruthenium (Ⅱ) complex of [Ru (bpy) (H2iip) 2 (ClO4) 2 {bpy=2, 2'-bipyridyl, H2iip=2-(1H-indole-3-yl)-1H-imidazo [4, 5-f-[1, 10-phenanthroline}, to yeast-RNA was investigated by UV-Visible and emission spectroscopy titrations, steady-state emission quenching and competitive binding with ethidium bromide experiments. The results suggest that the binding of this complex to the RNA be intercalative with a binding constant of 7.09×10^6 L/mol, which is higher than that to calf thymus DNA and the RNA binding constant of an analogous complex [Ru (bpy) 2 (H2iip) (ClO4)2.
