Experimental evaluation for the performance of dust separator

The atmospheric air ingested into the automobile engine. The automobiles working in the dusty environment are prone to take dust along with the air. The dust grains can damage the automobile engine spares by wear. The dust grain should be removed from the air and clean air should be introduced into the automobile engine. Dust separators are available in the market which can cater these requirements. One dust separator was taken and the performance analysis of the dust separator was done. A separate test rig was built up and experiments were carried out , comparison of the given dust separator was made with the dust separator model 46 and model 200.
