For example a laptop product, a product that is needed by all consumers from among the students and the general public. Therefore, product manufacturers vying for your laptop as soon as possible to bring innovative products, quality and competitive price. In writing this scientific research data that the writer used form of primary data in the form of data obtained directly from the objects studied by variable quality, price and service quality. In this case the data obtained through filling the questionnaire in the form of questionnaires to 50 respondents (consumers) Acer brand laptop users.. After evaluating the overall conclusion was that the most dominant factor influencing customer satisfaction with the first Acer laptop is the price, the second factor is the quality and final factor is the quality of service.
