Method for preparing recombinant tobacco cigarette paper by replacing wood pulp with bamboo pulp

The invention discloses a method for preparing recombinant tobacco cigarette paper by replacing wood pulp with bamboo pulp. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) adding a KOH or NaOH aqueous solution into a bamboo chip raw material to obtain a mixture, cooking the mixture for 2-3 hours at a temperature of 150-170 DEG C, thereby obtaining primary pump of bamboo pulp; (2) pulping the primary pulp of the bamboo pulp to 50-90SR, thereby obtaining bamboo pulp stock; (3) preparing the bamboo pulp stock into body paper of cigarette paper; and (4) preparing a coating solution and coating the coating solution on the body paper of the cigarette paper, and drying the body paper coated with the coating solution to obtain the recombinant tobacco cigarette paper. According to the method disclosed by the invention, not only can physical performance of the recombinant tobacco cigarette paper be improved, but also the smoking quality of the recombinant tobacco cigarette paper can be improved, the smoke quality can be improved, wood gas can be eliminated, offensive odor and irritation can be improved, and therefore, the smoke is relatively fragrant and the agreeable aftertaste is more clean.
