A procedure for the computerized processing of diffraction curves in X-ray structural studies of carbon materials

A procedure is proposed for processing diffraction patterns in X-ray structural investigations with the use of computers. The procedure makes it possible to calculate a number of additional quantities characterizing the structure of carbon materials.
