RFID Ethernet-card reader design based on S3C44B0X

Aiming at the increasing application demand of RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) technology,an embedded system schematic diagram for RFID Ethernet-card reader is designed,which is based on S3C44B0X.The design includes circuit schemat-ic diagram of master controller unit,memorizer unit,Ethernet controller unit,RFID reader unit etc,and their key components are analyzed.Based on the system schematic diagram RFID Ethernet-card reader operates steadily,when testing it.
