A modified rubber master batch and production method for an oil-SBR composition and method thereof vulcanizate

The present invention provides a modified rubber master batch and production method for an oil-SBR composition and its vulcanizate method thereof. The modified rubber masterbatch comprises uncrosslinked rubber and Ding Jing rubber particles dispersed therein having a crosslinked structure; the Ding Jing rubber particles, the average particle diameter of 50 ~ 200nm, a gel content of 60% by weight or higher; uncrosslinked rubber is styrene; crosslinked nitrile rubber particles of said non-crosslinked rubber is 20︰80 weight ratio greater than, less than or equal to 80︰20. The oil-extended ESBR composition comprises blending the oil-extended modified rubber masterbatch and SBR; oil-extended SBR in 100 parts by weight of the modified rubber masterbatch 1 to 70 parts. The oil-extended rubber wet performance vulcanized SBR composition, the wear resistance can simultaneously be improved, while reducing the rolling resistance, can be used to prepare the tread rubber of high performance automobiles.
