Pressure-sensitive adhesive compositions for acrylic dicing and tape thereof

PURPOSE: An adhesive composition and a tape for acrylic dicing are provided to maintain high adhesion before ultraviolet ray irradiation and to enable easy release from a wafer. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition for acrylic dicing comprises 20 ~ 80 parts by weight acryl oligomer, 20 ~ 80 parts by weight acryl PSA, 1 ~ 20 parts by weight cross-linking agent based on 100 parts by weight mixture of the acryl oligomer and acryl PSA, and 1 ~ 10 parts by weight photoinitiator based on 100 parts by weight mixture of the acryl oligomer and acryl PSA.
