A power signal circuit board, a control circuit board and a display circuit board are sequentially arranged in a shell from bottom to top. A face mask with a transparent plate is arranged at the opening end of the shell. The display circuit board is provided with a plurality of digital display tubes. The display circuit board is provided with a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor, the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor are connected with a microprocessor on the control circuit board, and the microprocessor is connected with a buzzer alarm device. When the temperature and the humidity of the device are higher than a set upper limit value and a set lower limit value, a sound alarm can be given out, and the temperature and the humidity of a power distribution chamber are reminded to be adjusted. Meanwhile, no matter whether a digital tube display or a liquid crystal display is mounted on the display circuit board, the same set of outer shell mold can be used, and thus the pressure of goods preparation of mold products is greatly lowered. The electric power measurement comprehensive device is further provided with a temperature and humidity external probe which is used for measuring the environment, and the temperature and the humidity of the environment are detected.
