The Relationship of the Mental Stress Status Among with Social Support, Personality and Sense of Security in the Female Injured

Objective:To discuss the relationship of the mental stress status among with social support,personality and the sense of security in the female injured.Methods:The 39 female injured patients in hospital were interviewed and evaluated by Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),16-Cattell Personality Factor Test(16PF),Security Questionnaire(SQ),the Self-Reporting Questionnaire 20(SRQ20) and 7-items screening scale for PTSD(PTSD7) in three weeks later after the injury.Results:Comparing male and female,Female were more likely to be frightened and cry more than before in SRQ20(χ2= 16.724;20.248,P 0.05).Conclusions:The violence maybe more likely to cause harm to the female ’s psyche.We should pay attention to conduct psychological intervention for the female patients.The female sense of security can reduce symptom of mental stress and the effect is better than the social support.
