Colombia y su adecuación a los regímenes internacionales de la OCDE : el problema de la vulnerabilidad para el sector agrícola

2019
The present work addresses the study of international regimes in the international system. As a concrete case, the entry of Colombia into the OECD in the Santos government (2010-2018) is observed. However, the linkage of a State to an international regime generates affectations at multiple levels. Consequently, the following research question was posed: what was the sensitivity faced by the Colombian State in the approval of the committee for the agricultural sector and what vulnerability the country may face in the rural and agricultural sectors on account of its entry into the OECD? For this purpose, an analysis was made from the theory of complex interdependence to analyze the sensitivity faced by the Colombian State in the approval of the committee for the agricultural sector and the vulnerability it may face in the rural and agricultural sectors on account of its income. to the OECD. The methodology was of exploratory type, given that an initial approach is made to the object of study and analytical tools are constructed for its approach; At the same time, it is of a hermeneutic nature when a critical reading is made of the cited sources and gives interpretation to the empirical evidence found in reports, speeches and official documents of the actors linked to the case study. It is concluded that the country showed a low sensitivity in the approval of the committee for the agricultural sector evidenced in having been the first committee to receive approval on behalf of the OECD. However, in the medium and long term, the country may face high vulnerability in these sectors.
