Investigation and analysis of Levofloxacin injection application

Objective To investigate and analyze the applications of levofloxacin injection.Methods By the method of random sampling,48 clinical data from February 2012 to February 2013 in our hospital that treated by levofloxacin were selected and analyzed.Results 48 patients were treated by intravenous infusion with levofloxacin.Because of many kinds of illness and most of them in middle and old age,drug combination was adopted in more time,of which o ral administration combining with intravenous drip was most frequently used.Drugs mostly used for relieving asthma were aminophylline and ambroxol,and for improving circulation were ginkgo biloba extracts.The cases of facial neuritis treated by intravenous drips with levofloxacin in a long-term,which increased the chances of a secondary infection.Conclusion We should increase the application of antimicrobial agents on the clinician's theoretical knowledge train ing,strengthen the standardized management of clinical application in antibacterial drugs,draw up the clinical reason able application of antibiotics system,so that the clinician can give full play to the guiding role in drug application,and promote the rational application of antimicrobial drugs.
