Design of Adaptive Equipment for Humidity Sensor of GIS Moisture Content Monitoring

In this paper,the author designs a kind of adaptive equipment to experiment the humidity sensor of moisture content in GIS.The design of this equipment is based on Rault's law.By using fuzzy control technology adjusting the three parameters K_p,K_i, K_d of PID controller on-line,PWM can be outputted to control the temperature and produce the humidity source.The results of simulation and experiment indicate that the fuzzy PID control gives us a good control performance and has a high reference value for further experiments of humidity sensor.
