THE PLANNING OF INFRASTRUCTURE NETWORKS AND ITS INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

Some technical problems existed in contemporary planning and design of infrastructure networks and its dynamic information management are analyzed in this paper. Meanwhile, based on the study and the development of the computer-aided design and management system of the infrastructure networks, authors provide some corresponding strategies aimed at the essence of the problems.
