Experimental on Injection Compression Molding of Optical Product

Appropriate experimental parameters and parameter ranges were selected. The influence of injection compression molding process and defects on the optical performance was analyzed. For different properties,the optimum combination of the light guide plate was studied to optimize process design. Using existing testing equipment for light guide plate warpage,optical properties were studied. The performance of the light guide plate was greater impacted by mold temperature and compression distance.
