Provided with a fluidized bed combustion furnace 30 and the fluidized bed gasification furnace 43, fluidized bed gas circulating material 51 and a resulting char and solid particles when gas into the fluidized bed combustion furnace 30 in the fluidized bed gasification furnace 43 a method of heat transfer circulation of the solid particles in the fluidized bed combustion furnace to adjust the circulation amount of the solid particles by varying in the range from 6 to the air flow rate up to 30 raw 51 so as achieve promotion.
