Pneumonia pathogens using nucleic acid detection method of chromatography

2011
The present invention provides Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Chlamydophila pneumoniae, Legionella pneumophila, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Moraxella catarrhalis, Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), rapid and accurate detection method for detecting 10 kinds of target pneumoniae Staphylococcus aureus detection kit. For each primer design target region 10 strain contained in each of the 10 kinds of causative bacteria of pneumonia DnaJ set of genes, using the primer set amplified gene product. The probe is further designed inherent sequences of each strain of the respective target region hybridized to the amplification product of the primer set of 10 different sets of strains. As the probe set, the probes used in conjunction with the first plurality of first pneumoniae labeled probe bound macromolecular carrier, and a second probe immobilized support deployment load, the nucleic acid chromatography.
