The invention discloses aquacultural microbiological feed premix and a preparation method thereof. The aquacultural microbiological feed premix comprises culture material and medium. The culture material comprises, in weight percentage, 25-32% of lactobacillus, 28-35% of bacillus subtilis, 8-12% of brewer's yeast, 17-20% of glucoamylase and 8-13% of cellulase. The medium comprises, in weight percentage, 30-35% of rice bran, 15-20% of soybean meal, 0.8-1% of NaCl and 44-54.2% of wheat bran. The culture material and the medium are mixed for solid fermentation so as to obtain the microbiological feed premix. By the aquacultural microbiological feed premix, animal immunity is improved, animal body color is improved, the rate of absorbing feed nutrition is increased, and culturing cycle is shortened.
